I re-wired mine with a polarized plug so the neutral was always on the 
chassis. I also had to re-wired the switch so that the hot wire was 
switched and not the neutral. You could go one step further and put a 
ground wire on the outer case, but I did not for whatever reason. This 
is relativly safe as long as your outlets are wired properly.
