Happy Holidays, y'all --

I've got three ratty  little S-38 speakers that need reconing.  Does anyone
know of a kind soul who provides this service?  Some of the guys who do the
big speakers charge more than the whole radio's worth :-) .  For that
matter, has anyone found a suitable replacment speaker that fits the radio?
