Hi Scott,
    None provides 110/120vac.  You have to provide it externally & use a
pair of dry contacts on the relay to switch it.   Use pins 3-4 nc, 3-2 no,
or 9-10 nc, 9-5 no.  pin 7 is nc to gnd, pin 6 is no to gnd.
    You really should have a manual w/schematic for every rig you own.
They're available on-line free, or reasonably priced from several manual
vendors.
