[Hallicrafters] sx42 assistance

Offline, I am sending Brian a list I have compiled of the sequential 
revisions to Hallicrafters Drawing  89D257.  This schematic covers all of 
the SX-42 versions which have half of one 6H6 unused, the other half used 
as the noise limiter.  Source for this list was the change record on a copy 
of the Halli blueprint, provided to me by Gerry Steffens.

I will email a copy to anybody who wants it.
