[Hallicrafters] tube tester

I checked the charts in my 1954 Hickok 600A tube tester and find it will test 
the 6CL6 and the plain 6146, but not the 6EA8 and 6GW8.  I do think that someone 
may be able to compile switch settings for those tubes on this machine, though. 
  Seems like that was done over on the R-390 sites some years ago for older good 
testers that did not have "up to date" charts.
