A point of information:
The donations have nothing to do with HCI or the HCI web site that Fred Mooney,
KA1DGL, the Web Master, Craig Carter, K6QI who handles the 'forsale-swap area'
and myself, who owns the domain and is the web site manager and editor. The
donations are for qth.net/qsl.net and not HCI!
For Mike's benefit, and anyone else who is not aware of the differences, Alan
Waller, K3TKJ is the founder and owner of qth.net and qsl.net This mail list is
part of the qth.net mail reflector operation. The qsl.net area deals with
individual web pages and/or web sites. The HCI web site does run on these
servers, but is not supported by your donations directly.
HCI: Hallicrafters Collectors International is totally independent of qth.net
and is not owned by, affiliated with or operated by Alan Waller. This list is
the hallicrafters at mailman.qth.net reflector and is the property of Alan Waller,
K3TKJ. Your donations go to help support what Al Waller provides to all of us,
but 'NOT' to HCI.
I hope this clears up any confusion any of you might have. Thanks for helping to
support qth.net/qsl.net!

wallet only to find that it was empty, much like the gas tank in my old Ford.
But yes, I almost forgot about PayPal. It is painless to make a payment to Al.
Easier than giving my wife another $60.00 for a game of Bingo. Seriously though,
without this wonderful website there would not be too many people collecting and
restoring Hallicrafters radios, that is a simple fact my friends! I came to this
website almost two years ago and knew nothing (still know nothing), but I've met
some really great people and picked up some really nice parts, gear, etc. I even
witnessed Duane passing gas a few months back and I lived to talk about it. If
you really think about it, there is no other place on the internet that can do
what this site does, so lets keep it that way. Money is tight everywhere, but I
think Al Waller is shelling out a heck of a lot more money to ke
