[Hallicrafters] Helping Uncle Al Waller

Okay guys, it is that special time of the year again! No silly, not Christmas, time to keep the HCI website floating for a wee while longer. I reached into my wallet only to find that it was empty, much like the gas tank in my old Ford. But yes, I almost forgot about PayPal. It is painless to make a payment to Al. Easier than giving my wife another $60.00 for a game of Bingo. Seriously though, without this wonderful website there would not be too many people collecting and restoring Hallicrafters radios, that is a simple fact my friends! I came to this website almost two years ago and knew nothing (still know nothing), but I've met some really great people and picked up some really nice parts, gear, etc. I even witnessed Duane passing gas a few months back and I lived to talk about it. If you really think about it, there is no other place on the internet that can do what this site does, so lets keep it that way. Money is tight everywhere, but I think Al Waller is shelling out a heck of a lot more money to keep the HCI site going than any of us are. So, as Red Skelton would say at the end of his show, "good night and may God bless".
