[Hallicrafters] Date of Manufacture

Tubes often carry dates, too.  There have been a number of articles in 
ARC covering the date codes used by various manufacturers.  I do not 
recall seeing any for the tubes carrying the "Hallicrafters" logo - 
wonder who made those.  Does anybody know?
