[Hallicrafters] Hallicrafters Calibrator

I guy I have bought gear from who lives locally just sold one on eBay - 
maybe it's the same unit.  I talked to him on the phone, and his story 
was that it had come from someone who was an engineer at Hallicrafters. 
  Wayne thought it was either a one-off project that the engineer had 
made for himself or a prototype for a product that was never produced.  
I've looked in Chuck Dachis's but it's not there.
