YEP Someone will.. i knew a ham who would take the wax caps and either 
unwrap the paper or drill out the center and put a new cap in and then 
either wrap the old paper around the new one or if he had drilled out the 
cap  when finished he would melt the old wax back into and over the new cap 
with the old paper.. WELL it did look like it did when it came out of the 
factory.. me i  file 13 the old parts.
