Hi Ed,

That email is excellent.  You should send it to the various magazines.

You are entirely right in my eye.  We OTs need to spend more time with the 
new hams. A good time to present the way it is is we are elmering. Another good 
time would be at club meetings and hamfests. Give a talk about the old times 
and how things have changed. It  is a long row to hoe, but if we all put an 
effort into it, maybe the light will begin to shine.
