Greetings all members,
To my knowledge the earliest HT-4's used a
Raytheon RK-63 triode as the final tube. Not the 250TH's of a later vintage.
THe 250TH has a 50 watt greater plate dissipation.
Would anyone happen to have a pair of RK-63's (new or used) for sale/swap?
Unfortunately I don't have an early HT-4. What I do have is a very pristine
homebrew high power fone transmitter from 1938 that could use a pair. It currently
has the original ones and I'm looking for spares. The RK-63's are modulated
by a pair of 838's in PP.
Any help will be appreciated. Thanks for the bandwidth.
