[Hallicrafters] sx-28a v11 pin 5

Hi again
Well another day another problem.
On the set  tube v11 pin 5 there is a green wire unconnected , just wrapped 
around another wire, go figure.
On the schematic it should connect to c75 and then to the secondary of t3.
Could anyone let me know how theirs is wired?
