[Hallicrafters] sx-28a v9 ckt

Hi Jim,
Can't get a look in the 28A at the moment, but I have a handmade sketch of
V-9 in the "plain" 28, shows only 1 wire, a resistor, coming off.
If you want, it's a .jpg, I'll send it to you, FWIW.
