[Hallicrafters] S38C knob removal

Hallicrafters, Collins, and other manufacturers used
the "Bristol" head screws for their knobs.  This
"sorta" looks like an Allen but is more like an "*" in
shape (4 or 6 sided with "points").  You will have to
obtain a Bristol wrench set which run around $10 to
$15 per set.
