[Hallicrafters] S 40 clear window

I have started on and S 40 and need a good Clear Main Dial Window. with the 
red center line and 1 2 3 4 for the bands. mine is very warped . i am going 
to try to warm it up and put under a press for a day or two. but if anyone 
has one it would save me some time. also anyone that has a good copy of the 
manual for an S 40 i will trade for one of my 100 + i have that you might 
need. just do not have an S 40 .
