[Hallicrafters] Hallicrafters BC-610 Tube needs

Hi,

Just got my 'first' hallicrafters BC-610 and find it
in need of two 100TH and a 250TH tubes. 

Your thought on where to look for these types would be
greatly appreciated

The only next possibility is possible substitution
schemes....
