[Hallicrafters] Looking for one top screw for the SR-20000

One of the top screws that hold the SR-2000 top on the transceiver is
missing.  I can find the screw at the hardware store but not the
plastic that allows the top to secure to the rest of the transceiver.
I have a Henry 2K that uses a similar scheme but these screws have a metal
on the bottom of the screw that locks in the top.

I don't see any way to use one of the Henry type screws (McMaster Carr has
them) so am looking for ideas.  I guess I could get a small amount of
plastic and cut it to size then thread
the plastic on to the screw.

One ham told me he was missing two of the screws so he hinged
the back and used his two screws in the front.
