[Hallicrafters] Appeal for help with selling rules

I understand the desire to get as much information as possible, but when 
things are made available such as they are, it is appropriate for the seller, 
in my opinion, to take a cash offer. That is, unless he/she told you the item 
would be held. I do have the same feeling as you at times, but I also 
understand that these are the assumed rules of the game.
