Hi Glen:
    Your description sounds like one of the mikes I was using way-back-when
also. The one I had came from Lafayette Radio (Long Island, NY), and was
made I believe by Argonne (definitely Japanese). I still have the old
Lafayette Radio catalogs on my reference shelf, and could fax you a copy of
the picture, if it might help to locate or identify one. (No, I don't still
have the microphone!)
