[Hallicrafters] Re Happy Halli-Ween Certificate

My thanks to all of the kids, small to large and youngsters to oldsters, who
participated in the W9WZE special event on Wednesday October 30th. I have mailed
out all of the Happy Halli-Ween certificates and hope that the postal shredders
spare them. Wouldn't it be fun to insert a thin sheet of Titanium in the
envelope and then be a mouse in the corner with vidcam watching the postal
sorting demons spitting out pieces of gear teeth like an infant spits out a
spoonful of strained beets! I don't remember what a QST 'felt' like without a
front cover that had more creases than a piece of bread run over by a golf cart
hauling the circus fat lady! 	
	
If any of you fail to receive your certificate and brochure, please let me know.
  	
	
It has been suggested that this be made an annual event, both for the W9WZE call
and to promote Amateur Radio and vintage gear among the youth. Are any of you
interested in hosting it next year?	
	
Again, thanks to all who participated. I do not know where Brian Hill has gone
to, but a specail thanks to him for his drawing.
