[Hallicrafters] Rejection

I am getting a message from a "nobody at quick.com" or
some similar telling me that I have to put in my
E-Mail address to be allowed to use the Hallicrafters,
Hammarlund, and National lists.  However, my test
message came through without any problems.  Does
anyone know just who this "nobody" is?
