[Hallicrafters] SX-11 Panel Refinishing

I have an SX11 with a panel which is suffering from thinning paint.  I
don't like to touch paint, but I am thinking about having this panel
redone.  Can anyone recommend someone experienced with the Hallicrafters
wrinkle finish and who would do a nice job of refinishing this set?  I
don't have the expertise do this, especially since the paint would need
to be removing from the raised lettering on the panel.
