[Hallicrafters] Join The Wednesday Global Glow

Please join us on Wednesday March 27th for the Hallicrafters Collectors
International Global Glow roundtable. I will be on the air dusting the
propagation cobwebs off the low hanging clouds at 6:30 PM EST, (2330 UTC). The
roundtable officially begins at 7:00 PM EST, (0000 UTC). The frequency will be
14.315 Mhz usb, with back ups of 14.322 and 14.328 Mhz +/- for key clicks, mike
splatter and the sound of my garden tiller being used by a very large Frog to
break up the ice on the large pond out back. 	
	
I hope that propagation will be better than it was on Sunday. While it was long,
way long, it made communications at distances less than 1200 miles nearly
impossible for me. Nevertheless, I did have some great arm chair copy chats with
Hallicrafters friends in Washington, Idaho, New Mexico and so forth. Radio
Randy? You should have fired up Frogsassi and joined us!	
	
Has anyone herd from KH6GRT in Hawaii? Have not even seen a post from Peter in
many months.	
	
KP4FAR in Puerto Rico, get that wire in the tree and on the air! Looking forward
to a QSO OM.	
	
What ever happened to Tom in Clam Gulch, Alaska? Remember him? Had a six element
beam in the sky aimed this way. Never was on the Hallicrafters list, as he did
not have e-mail.	
	
I hope to hear many of you tomorrow night. Be there with those wonderous radios
