First, welcome to the list, Ray.  I don't know why I haven't seen a
useful answer float by yet as this is a frequent topic.  (But no
apologies needed.)
These and certain other old Amphenol parts (including the 91-series mic
connectors) are still being produced by the Salem Division of WPI
(Wire-Pro, Inc.).  They have honored catalog requests in the past.
