As I have previously mentioned here I am in the process of rebuilding my SX-28.
This particular set has been the subject of an overdose of TLC and consequently
much of it is non-standard. I have succeeded in the main with the rewiring and
replacement of most of the smaller components, now I find myself unable to fit
the temp compensation capacitor (C13) because I dont know its actual correct
physical location, in my set it had been mounted on the frame of the main
tuning
capacitor and soldered in parallel with C2. I have no problem with putting
it in the
circuit in the right place it is the mounting position that I require
Can some one please enlighten me

Also I am in the market for a padder capacitor C8 which has been removed
from my set
and replaced with a fixed mica cap. The part no. for this padder is 44B061
and its
nominal value is 2962 pF If you have this cap in a parts set could you
please let me know
Thanks
