Recently acquired a sr-2000 with matching p-2000 supply. Receive
functions very well, HV comes up appropriately after time delay relay
works. Both HV settings switch apropriately.  The instant the rig is
switched into transmit with no drive, it trips the overload relay in the
p-2000. Pulls heavy screen and plate current for a fraction of a second
on the meter before the overload kills the HV.

Before I start tearing the thing apart looking for the short in the
screen or plate supply I wonder if anyone familiar with these rigs has
any suggestions regarding common failure modes.
