[Hallicrafters] S-40A Tidbits...

I could be wrong (Wouldn't be the first time :) but except for the tuning
knobs I don't think they are originals.  If you look at the top picture
(probably a Hallicrafaters "ad" picture) and the pictures that follow, they
aren't the same radio.
