[Hallicrafters] SX-100 nob kneeded

Hi all,
Looking for one of the skirted black knobs as used on the SX-100, also some
models of HT-32, SX-101, SX-62 and probably others.   It's for the BFO pitch
control, so 5-0-5 marking would be ideal, but I'm not fussy.   Wonder why
Hallicrafters used so many different knob styles, especially since they
evidently made them all custom rather than using off-the-shelf ones?
