I just had a FedEx Sat delivery letter adult signature required with a 
check for over $50K just dropped at my front door. No knock nada. I saw 
him walk down the driveway, went to his truck and asked about the Sig. 
He said oh I saw you and knew you were home and signed for you.
Called FedEx security this AM and they said that is OK if it is safe. 
You figure. I could have been a burglar and got it on the way out.
The unions protect idiots so they can do as they please, like civil 
service can not be fired with out a near act of Congress.
