[Hallicrafters] S-38E parts

I am fixing up an S-38E for a friend.  I need a few parts.  Anyone have a
parts unit out there?  Following are the needs:

   1.  volume control potentiometer with power switch
    2. plain knob
    3. bandswitch knob (has the red indicator mark on it)
    4. main dial pointer with the three dial cord attachment prongs in tack

In the case of the knobs, I am looking for good, unchipped knobs (I know,
I'm picky).  The bandswitch knob can be a plain one also, I can put the red
line on it.  Further, S-107, S-108, SX-110, SX-140, HT-37, HT-40, HT-41,
HA-1, HA-2, HA-5 and HA-6 all also have the same small knobs.

As another alternative for the volume control and switch, I have an S-107
chassis which has a volume control of the proper value and switch but
requires one of the old double set screw control shaft extenders that I once
had.  So, anyone have one of these sleeves or the combination of a sleeve
and an extension shaft all in one.
