[Hallicrafters] Is Saturday HCI Net Dead?

There have been several occasions somebody has checked in running an AM tx. Most
by design, but several times accidentally! (Oops! Forgot to do something here -
) Chuckle. 	

IF somebody wishes to check in, he/she will check in. The key phrase is IF they
want to.  Criticism is the cheapest and easiest form of entertainment, among
humans. Requires no experience, no contributions of time, effort or money, no
education, no specialized skills, simply nothing. Well, other than an empty life
that is filled with the busy work of self-pity, bitterness and a general dislike
of humanity, that is. you can hide behind a fake e-mail list name and feell like
a real tough dude. Somehow the failure to sign with your real name just smells
of cowardice to me. But that is OK, just one less I have to send a Christmas
card to!	

I know it is not possible to please all of the people all of the time. I am not
so sure it is even possible to please some of the people some of the time. But I
am convinced it is a good day when you can please anybody, anywhere, any day.	

Thanks for the positive words! Got to get back to installing the new delete key
on my keyboard.

Roger - You have said a mouthful!  Running ANY kind of maillist or reflector
is NOT one of the world's easiest things to do.

I've never heard him complain, whine, or carry on when some folks can't be
bothered to run anti-virus software, or install the security updates from
Microsoft to keep this crap from proliferating.

My hat is off to Duane and the other folks that run these lists.

If he is trying to keep a net alive, and says something that someone doesn't
like, TOUGH!  Use your DELETE function.

I like the Frogzilla items on the web site too!

Duane - Keep up the GREAT work!

(No, I haven't checked into the HCI net(s).  I'm reticent to do so with a
BC-610 on a SSB net.)
