[Hallicrafters] SX-100 parts needed

If anyone has an SX-100 parts donor, I'm looking for a couple of items
for one I recently acquired:
 -  the 50 Khz notch filter variable inductor
 -  "Sensitivity" knob
 -  Calibrator on/off knob (the small cone-shaped one)

Thanks in advance for any assistance with these wants.  Also need a
short piece of finger stock (8-10") to fix my screwdriver antenna.  For
use with Hallicrafters, of course ;-)
