[Hallicrafters] Name that connector!

I have a vintage 1944 MIL-SPEC boatanchor, a National RBL-6, which has two unusual connectors on the back.  Can anyone identify them and/or name a source to obtain the mating connectors?

The first one is a huge coaxial cable connector for 50 ohm coax:  http://home.sprintmail.com/~fmooney/RBL6/p104.jpg

The second one is a three wire AC line cord connector.  The shaft in the middle is ground, with hot and neutral being rounded tabs on either side of the ground shaft (the brass nuts in the picture are fasteners, not connectors):  http://home.sprintmail.com/~fmooney/RBL6/j102.jpg
