[Hallicrafters] dow key connections and location of SR-1 for HT-32A

You need a 120 VAC source (i.e. plug on a cord). 
Attach one side of the cord to pin 2 of the accessory
socket and the other side to one terminal on your
Dow-Key relay coil.  Attach the other side of the
Dow-Key relay to pin 3.  Plug the cord into a 120 volt
AC socket and then you can control the Dow-Key from
the HT-32A.

The DX-100, Apache, etc., have internal AC switching
for the relay.  The HT-32A doesn't.
