Ya gotta wonder who came up with the name of "Black Beauty" for these leakier
than a torpedoed rowboat capacitors! A real disgrace to the horse by the same
name! But then again, maybe the horse leaked too! Sorry, could not resitor it!

Actually, he was talking about the paper capacitors
(i.e. the "black beauty" 0.1 mfd capacitors in Collins
75A4, the wax capacitors in virtually all of the boat
anchor receivers, etc.) and not about the electrolytic
capacitors.  Reforming of electrolytic capacitors is a
different matter (unless you are working with the old
"wet slug" types - don't even think of trying to
reform them!).
