Lord love a duck.  I guess you have no conceptualization of reforming?
Check Surplus Sales of Nebraska.  I do believe they are indeed selling NOS
reformed C603 & C606 capacitors for R-390As.  Reforming is more time
consuming, BUT - it certainly does work.

I've been able to bring back these same capacitors in an original Collins
first contract R-390A that has spent MANY years in dry storage.  Antique
Electronic Supply sells NOS electrolytic.
