I'm not familiar with the catalog issue you mention but it is most
likely that the information was based on a preproducton press release. 
Often, when the pressure of a publication deadline is felt, a decision
has to be made on what to include.  Sometimes this leads to products
being listed that are never built or available.  It's too bad, but it
beats going ot press without listing something!
