[Hallicrafters] HT-3x transformers

I had the exact same problem on my HT-32 Mk 1.   The problem was dirty
switch contacts on the band switch.   I used Deoxit to clean it.

Also, you might want to check the output of the VFO stage, if you've not
tested the tubes already.
