Make sure the wrench doesn't have a small "burr" on the end.  I had a brand
new wrench I bought for a R-390 that had one.  It'd fit some heads and not
others. Also, make sure somebody hasn't changed one of the screws with a
standard hex screw.  You want to avoid having to "drill em out" at all costs
if possible.
