[Hallicrafters] HT37 plate voltage

Both my HT-37 and HT-32 manuals give values of 70
to 100 W output on CW.

A year or so ago, I made the following measurements
(according to my notes...)

HT-37 (85W measured output):
    Key Up - 730V
           Dn - 580V

If one uses a figure of 70% efficiency, that would
be about 210 ma of plate current.

HT-32 (90W measured output)
    Key Up - 755V
           Dn - 640V

If one uses a figure of 70% efficiency, that would
be about 200 ma of plate current.

Msmts were with an 11M input VTVM, power measured
via an HM-102, 50 Ohm Cantanna for the load.
