Hi-

I am throwing my support behind Fred & Rodney when it comes to testing caps.
Trouble shooting of the old BAs is not the same as a rig that is only 15-20
yrs old.

In addition, I use a new LCR meter (brought by Santa) and an ESR meter for
further testing / evaluation.  The ESR meter can be used for in circuit
testing.  But here is no substitute for the stress placed on the cap by a
high voltage test.
