[Hallicrafters] AC/DC Halli's, Grounds and HUM

I didn't say to tie them together. The safety ground goes to the cabinet
as in all 3-wire cords and the neutral to the chassis. These are
insulated from each other. The neutral is grounded at the service
entrance, so that is how they both get grounded,
