[Hallicrafters] SX62 and SX101 dial scales

I have wanted for a long time to try and reproduce dial scales for the SX62 and SX101 but I have never had the time.  Since I find myself suddenly unemployed I want to give it a shot.

I need to know the exact dimensions of the glass plate that the dial scale is printed on including the thickness.  And I need an exact size good quality copy of the scale itself, or the original to make a master from.
