It might be helpful to mention to the new users that they need to make sure 
their mail program is not "adding" an attachment to the end of their email 
telling the addressee that the email was checked by their "anti-virus 
software".

I found that the attachment (Grisoft Anti-virus) was not in "plain text" 
although I had the program (Eudora) set up for plain text. That's why my 
postings were getting kicked back even though Eudora itself assured me that 
everything I had written in the original posting was in plain text. Hope
