[Hallicrafters] HT-32 PTT and runaway in finals

Yes i did in xmit the bias is normal, in standby its -120 volts shuts them off.
The HT-32 just let the finals idle all the time, not good news if you leave the transmitter on 24/7 (my HT-32 and SX-101 is my main station). This is why you see so many HT-32s with bad transformers

That and a christmas bulb (C-6) to heat the vfo (on the bottom) makes it
rock solid
