[Hallicrafters] S-20R stuff, part III

Guys and gals,

Found the little wire that was keeping things from humming along, replaced
it and proceeded with my work.  Got the filter cap taken care of, but we
still have hum!  Not as much as before, but still enough to be annoying.

All paper caps have been replaced, and now all the 'lytics.  What else am I
to do now?  This is my first foray into serious electronic restoration,
hollow-state for sure.
