I think if you read all of the post we are referring to REAL LIFE not 
Military packaging.. HOW many SP-600`s have YOU seen in Mil-Spec packaging
In that cases then we should try on a WRR-2 or FRR-59A at 250 pounds or 
about 370 pounds packed.
Now if you want to talk REAL LIFE radios then try on my Russian R-155U 
in its cabinet at 690 pounds, it is 20"X18" by 48" high. When it was 
shipped to me by airfreight from Germany it was 845 pounds in the crate.
