[Hallicrafters] SX-101 weight

Hi all:
  An SX-101A followed me home last night and I thought I was going to bust a 
gut carrying it.  Haven't had any contact with one before but that has got 
to be one of the heaviest receivers around.  There isn't that much inside 
under the cover so where's all that weight coming from?  The case?  Or is 
there something under the chassis I haven't seen yet?  Truely a boatANCHOR!
