[Hallicrafters] SX28 receiver seeker from Taras

As previously suggested:	
	
People have no clue who you are or where you are located. It would be beneficial
to you to tell them. Many will not ship a heavy rx such as the SX-28, pick up
only. Not having a clue what country or state if the USA, you are in, some do
not even bother to reply. If you really want to purchase such a receiver, help
the people out with some more specific information. After three posts and no
results, one thinks you would get the hint.
